Earn additional, ongoing 1% commissions from agents you refer, for the entirety of their tenure. (Even if you would choose to retire)(ex. $180 for each $60,000 pool they sell, for as long as they are a Realscape Agent)

No door to door sales:
No expectations of knocking on doors, A Realscape Agent is a complimentary role where you just share your additional offerings with your existing and incoming clients (ex. Cobranding - when you send a new listing postcard to a neighborhood, you can also add 'If you’re happy in your home, would you want to upgrade?')
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture client relationships, guiding them from the first inquiry to the final sale.
- Customize and present project proposals that align with client desires and budget.
- Collaborate closely with and get support from our design team to ensure client visions are brought to life.
Training and Development:
- Onboarding and Certification: Receive comprehensive training materials to understand the nuances of completing pool build and landscaping estimates, complete with a Realscape certificate upon passing your certification test.
- Estimate Tag-alongs: Shadow experienced colleagues on sales estimates to learn hands-on the intricacies of providing and closing a pool estimate.
- Sales Enablement Tools: Utilize tools such as a comprehensive walkthrough estimate sheet to streamline your sales process and enhance client interactions.
Support and Resources:
- Continuous support from a dedicated team to assist with sales operations and customer management.
- Feedback and coaching sessions aimed at refining your sales techniques and boosting performance.
